It's sound like you're caught in a vicious circle, you can't relax because
of the pain and not relaxing makes the pain worse. My condolences about
your sister. I know you want to be drug free but have you tried
"belladonna" it has helped me on many of occasion over the past year and
I've had no ill affects. It doesn't make me drowsy or nausea it just makes
the pain go away. It's not a cure but it helps, I'm at the point where I
don't take it every day only when I feel an attach coming on. From the
message board I know most cases have constant pain, but if this can help
even just a little to help you relax and get some rest it might be worth
checking into.
