It could be that you have adhesions on the vaginal cuff. I have that problem with a lot of pain. Kelly

I had a complete hysterectomy in December 2004. Since that time I have had constant pelvic pain and more extreme pain when I urinate. I went back to the surgeon several times and he checked my unrine but said I have no infection. Finally he checked my vagina and said I have Vaginal Cuff Neuroma. He has injected it a couple of times but I still have the pain. He says the only alternative is to have another surgery to reopen the incision and close it again. Has anyone had this done? If so, did it help. What are the chances of the same thing happening again? I need info.
