You have never had an operation before? how about appendix?
What you describe sounds classic for people that have
had abdominal surgery in the past, but I can't imagine
how all that would have developed on their on with no
invasion from surgery.
Very odd, please keep us posted on what if anything
that your Drs might find.

I underwent a laperoscopy for endometriosis Last Friday. The doctors
and I were convinced I had it- since I showed all classic signs. What
he found shocked him. I had extensive scar tissue connecting all of my
organs together.
