Natalie, The first thing you need to do is to seek an gastroenterologist who only needs to perform a colonoscopy to find out what is truly causing the pain. Also you might want to ask about having an MRI done as well which will be more in detail of your lower abdomen. I know from experience as a ARD sufferer.
