Tracy,
I hate to say it but it could be either
irritable bowel syndrome, which is sometimes
caused after obstruction surgery or adhesions again.
Unfortunately, more surgery usually means more
adhesions unless you can find a qualified doc in
your area to use a scope instead and use seprafilm
or spraygel or something.
God Bless and good luck to you.

My son had a bowel obstruction almost 3 years ago,
post a major trauma to his liver and surgeries. Now
he is having intermitent abdominal cramping with no
vomiting or diarrhea. Does that sound like another
bowel adhesion problem?? After almost 3 years being
symptom-free is that possible?? Thx for the help..
Tracy
