If it's a partial, and some gas or stool is getting through, in the past, my docs have been able to use NG tubes to decompress the bowel, empty the stomach to releieve the nausea. I'll be honest, it's not the most pleasant thing, but it's better than surgery when you suffer from adheasions. Best of luck to you and God Bless!

i've just been diagnosed with a parial small bowel obstruction 8 weeks after a C-section. My abdominal pain has gotten a little worse in the last few hours and i'm feeling a little nausea.
