Bruising and adhesions

Has anyone else experienced bruising on their
abdomen as a result of adhesions?
I have a line of pain going from the left hip
to the right side and right in the middle is a
bruise (yellowish-blue). When I press on this
area the pain feels like a ripping or tearing and
I suspect that it is because the small intestine
is stuck onto the abdominal wall in a couple of
places and my theory is that the pulling of the
intestine is causing the bruising.
This is restricting my movement and I cannot
play sport. It also is causing me a lot of
pain when I sit in front of the computer for
long lengths of time. I am thinking of going
to see Dr. Korell in Duisburg (I live in
Germany, so he is just up the road from me)
because I have been like this for over 2 years
now and my quality of life is not good.
