I just got back from having adhesion surgery with
Dr. Redan in Florida and I am pain and adhesion
free, the day after the surgery I got out of bed
and I went to the Disney theme parks and had a
really wonderful time, if you get outta bed and walk
alot and not be around any smoke and do not smoke
it helps alot in the healing process, there is hope
out there and Dr. Redan is a wonderful doctor
he specializes in adhesions and he takes insurance,
and I do know that I am adhesion free thanks to him,
and I am doing really great and I continue to exercise
and I now have my life back so people, don't give
up there is hope and help out there, but you also
have to help your body heal by exercise and not
smoking or being around it.
