Have you checked your records to make sure you
don't have the ProteGen Sling-these were
implanted up until Jan 1999, and cause lots
of serious problems. My aunt had one of
these slings and it did awful things.

I then had to have a fistula
repair(from bladder being stuck to uterus),
and a sling.
