Hi, My name is Michelle and have suffered 5 years with Massive abdominal adhesions related to endometriosis. I am 35. I spend a lot of time in the hospital for partial small bowel obstructions.

I,ve had 2 central lines and have been on IV hydration at home because I've been so dehydrated. I have to have liquid stool just to avoid having obstructions on the weekly basis. It's been hard to work because of all of the pain, nausea and frequent trips to the doctor or hospital. I guess I am just tired of feeling sick all of the time and more tired of having devistating pain and cramping every day. I am not on any pain medication, only ativan for anxiety when I really get sick. Does anyone have any recommendations? I am just afraid the anything for pain will slow down my bowel function even more.I have a very supportive MD and I'm going to be seeing my colorectal surgeon soon because things are getting so much worse even though I do not want another operation.
