With your symptoms I have to be suspicous of Endometriosis. Have you been evaluated for it? You might want to do a little research on the internet and read about it to see if you think any of your symptoms fit the pattern.

It's not uncommon for inexperienced doctors to miss Endometriosis when doing surgery so I wouldn't discount the possibility simply because it's never been mentioned before.

Your symptoms sure fit.
