Dr Cook? why does that name sound sooooo familiar?
where is he based out of may I ask? does he have a
web site? I am sorry I have a huge headache and
cant think clearly but I have had 9 surgeries
and know many doctors...just know honey for
adhesions....you will get 6 months to a year
reprieve then they are back full force...oh
but that time is bliss....
