My goodness, that Dr. should be sanctioned
and removed from medical practice entirely.
If you have a portion of your colon that is
dead it has to be removed. You need to find
a surgeon urgently - a competent one. What
state do you live in? I would advise going
to another city, county, or even state if you
cannot find a local surgeon.
You have a serious medical condition which
could become life-threatening if not treated
properly.
Please, don't give up looking for someone to
help you. If you don't have medical insurance
then present yourself in the ER and scream in
pain until someone treats you properly.
