I had gallbladder surery about 10 months ago and have developed adhesions. I strongly encourage you to continue with acupuncture. I have had severe pain and acupuncture has really helped. I also have PCOS which sometimes causes hormonal imbalances that trigger the adhesions. Acupuncture helps with both. Much of the time, with going to acupuncture every week, I don't feel pain at all, or atleast only occcaisionally, and even then it is not bad. I also take chinese herbs which help a lot too. Recently she said it might help to do Rolfing. I haven't done it yet, but it's worth a try.

I wish you well....
