I have suffered with adhesions for years...I had a doctor remove quite a few but they have come back. Unfortunately, I live on laxatives and notice that I must follow dietary restrictions. When I eat fatty or rich foods, I gain weight and find more stress on by abd. and back area. I have a lot of faith in the surgical teams of Muncie IN. My choice if I were to elect to have it again would be Dr. John Eliades. He is noted as a superior surgeon...but he won't coddle you or anything and he will be very honest about risks and so forth and won't make any promises that they won't come back....they will...our bodies like to make them. I have to stay away from exercises that pull on that region, so I will probably never have abs. :( again.
