Well since i posted that i've been through accupuncture, pt, feldenkrais
etc. Each helps some. I noticed pms sets mine off and wodnered about
that and if there is any way to address that problem. I can get
everything settled down for 3 weeks only to start all over agian.
Accupuncture has never helped with the pms htough :-(
