Bowel problems after TVH

HI all,
I had a TVH in March 2005 due to abnormal uternine bleeding. Ever since
the surgery I have had stomach problems. The symptoms are mostly
nausea, diarreah, and stomach cramps. I still have some tenderness and
pain in the female area...where the ovaries are. I still have both of
my ovaries.
I have had several CT scans, lower GI, Hida scan (no gallbladder
issues), ultrasounds and an endoscopy. All I know is that I have
inflammation of the stomach lining and duodenum. My GI doctor thinks I
also have IBS. I have not had a colonoscopy yet. I really think he
needs to do this test, but he has yet to mention it to me.
I am wondering if it may be adhesions due to the TVH. Do adhesions
cause all of the symptoms I listed above?
I don't know if I need to see my GI doctor or my Gyno.
It is so frustrating.
Any suggestions?
