Adhesions found during gall bladder removal

I just went to 20mths of pain and lots of test. Finally a surgeon
recommended to remove my gall bladder although no tests prior indicated
any problems. When my surgeon went in..suprize..my gall bladder had
developed adhessions to other organs. I am confused because I have
never had any prior surgeries but my gall bladder was in bad condition.
Unfortunately, I still have upper abdominal pain which prevents me from
long walks and enjoying life since it is constant. I am confused, in
pain and scared but I dont want to go through an additional 20mths of
pain.
