I've never heard of this procedure. However, any procedure that involves
messing with my body in it's current state scares me. Every posting I've
ever read clearly shows a path of destruction for those who have had
multiple surgeries. It is hard for me to accept that I need to realize my
condition and accept it as is but I know that if I try to do anything about
it, I'll only make it worse.

Subject: Hypogastric Plexus Block
Has anyone ever had a Hypogastric Plexus Blaock? My pain dr mentioned it
as a possibility for relieving/minimizing pelvic and abdominal pain.
I've read severa studies where it was used for ovarian and testicular
cancers and the results were very good. It helped people reduce the
amount of narcotics they were taking - not stop, but reduce.
