I applied for SSN disability Aug 27th, 2005, and sent them a 1.5 inch
notebook with dividers and every document, operative report, xray
finding etc...I was sent for one consultation for my asthma [March '06],
they gave me a quickie breathing test [not a full PFT], and 5 weeks
later I have to go see another SSN consult for Internal Medicine...what
annoys me is my asthma is not the reason why I am looking to be granted
disability....Argh.
It slows the process down...I was hoping I was at the decision level
which of course there is a 70% turn down rate during first round.
Let us know how your SSN is going...
God Bless :-)
