Zelnorm isn't supposed to be prescribed to people with adhesion disease.

I hope by the time you read this you will already be feeling much
better. If not, it sounds like you need to have a surgeon look around
again with a laparoscope. I'm sure you don't want more surgeries.
Believe me, I'm facing my sixth open procedure in a few days to reverse
an illiostoy.
