Hi I too have had a bit of deep tissue massage to treat my abdominal and pelvic adhesions. This was extremely painful and unsuccessful for me personally. My adhesions were too tight and would not give. No elasticity. Not a bad thing to try though. Not intrusive. Glad it worked for you. Jessica

I was wondering if anyone has tried deep tissue massage to help with the adhesions. I have pelvic adhesions & I have recently tried deep tissue massage. It seems to have helped some. It actually seems to have given me relief from the pain of the adhesions. I was wondering if anyone else tried it & if they had the same results.
