SprayGel for Hernia Adhesions

I was interested in contacting SprayGel to see if they had a list of US
doctors using it for trials to eliminate adhesions from laproscopic
hernia repairs.
They have a contact address and also a form and neither of them seem to
work.
When I emailed them using the contact address I received this reply:
This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification.
Delivery to the following recipients failed.

Does anybody know what is going on?
