Hello Chris, I have got similar symptoms to what you describe. I have lower left abdominal pain only at night when my bladder is full. when I get up and empty my bladder and go back to bed and change my position the pain goes away. I have a history of endometriosis but have been relatively symptom free since I have been taking progesterone for the last 5 years. I am just wondering if you found what was causing your pain in your lower abdomen? Thanks Cheryl
