Re: Pain 2 months After the Lap

Sounds exactly like my situation also.
Diagnosed with endo via laparascopy, but adhesions interfered
with the ability to remove the endo. After 7 months of Lupron
did nothing for the pain, another laparascopy to 'see what was
going on', followed by a Total abdominal hysterectomy 1 week
later.
And 3 months after I returned to work, the pain returned.
Another laparascopy to 'see what was going on', and another
Laparotomy, finding adhesions and more endo. Another 2 or 3 months
later - pain returned, but this time, my Dr's refused surgery
and well, here I wait.
I know the difference in the pain, not just it's location, but in the
way it feels. I can't describe it very effectively, apparently, but I
know some of the pain in my pelvis and lower abdominal area to
be endo.
The flank pain, back pain, upper-,mid-and lower abdominal pain,
pain in my lowest ribs (on either side) and the hip pain... I'd love
to understand.
Take care!
