Lynda - The pain STOPPED. I have long suspected that the adhesions on my
pelvic cavity have been causing nerve pain, as the pain radiates down my leg
and is a burning sensation. I still have plenty of adhesions inside that
are pulling and obstucting BUT being pain free has allowed me to be move
active
and the increased excercise has helped with my over all health, my posture
has improved as I am no longer doubled over - although I have to remind
myself to SIT UP - my over all mood has improved. I still have to be
careful of what I eat to keep my digestion working well, take very good care
of myself so that the inflammation that adhesions cause (or cause
adhesions?!?!) is kept at a minimum. I believe that inflammation causes a
myriad of health problems. I am healthy as a horse, except for the
adhesions, and being pain free helps me to stay that way. The side effects
are minimal. I get sleepy and feel a bit wobbly at times, but it is worth
it!
