Dawn,
Had a very similar situation with the cysts and the rt. flank pain. It took
two years for the docs to check it out. They took scans, but nothing showed
up. Finally last year, they "felt" a mass in the flank, and sent me to a
surgeon who said it would be either a lipoma or scar tissue. Nonetheless,
he operated and found large cluster of scar tissue that he cut down. Mine
always tugged almost like a pulled muscle in the kidney area or above.
Hope they figure yours out.
