adhesions doctors in Houston?

Does anyone know of a good doctor that treats adhesions in Houston? I've
seen GI specialists, pain mgmt. docs & gynecologists who all suspect I
have post-op adhesions, but all advised against surgery to remove them
(my last abdominal surgery was to treat a massive post-op infection).
But, I think I'd do just about anything to feel better! I'm a stay at
home mom of 2 young kids & can't deal with the pain & digestive issues
anymore! Meds have only helped so much & most I either can't afford or
tolerate the side effects. Diet changes/exercise have had minimal
effect. I don't think we could afford massage therapy/alternative
medicine not covered by insurance. I'm waiting to hear back from Dr.
Wiseman & just hoping someone out there could help me...
