Hi,
I just found this site, I am in the mist of working with many doctors
regarding pain in my lower right side. I have had several surgurgies in
the past and have had adhesions removed while they were in there. This
time however the pain so so bad that it wipes me out. The doctors are
not sure what it is but I am sure it is adhesions. The questions I have
is there a special diet, exercise or other program besides pain meds
that I can do to help with the pain?
