thank you both !!!!! i am on a milder narc. but its horrible sometteims because people think that if you say your on them that your a junkie even my doctor makes me feel that way sometime.. i am given a set number (less than one a day) for a month and if i have to call in for 5 r 6 till the end of the month i feel quilty about it like im doing something wrong.
