Alta, Hi! I too had a surgery to remove one of my ovaries, then about 6 months later had to have a total hysterectomy with the removal of the other ovary. About 4 months after that I was back at my Dr's because of pain and he sent me to the ER - they did a CT scan. The Dr. came in and said that there was a cyst on my ovary --- I looked at him for a second and said that can't be right. I had a total hysterectomy with both ovaries removed, and he must of had the wrong person. He left, came back in and said that it was me ... it scared the heck out of me. Had the surgery to remove it and they found pieces of my fallopian tube as well, since then I have had other surgeries for adhesions. More recently had surgery for adhesions and a little "growth" which was like another cyst. Are you on any kind of hormone therapy replacment? Or it could just be that sometimes because of either/both Endo or Adhesions pieces of the ovary or endo get left behind and it is just enough to give you the hormones to grow it again!! :( Find a surgeon in your area -- I went to someone who actually is a specialist in reproduction, where do you live? If it is anywhere near IL feel free to email me and I can give you the name of the Dr. I went to.

Good luck! Jenny
