I just had a miscarriage due to Mulitfetal reduction in triplet pregnancy. I was 20 weeks pregnant and the baby that was reduced at 13 weeks caused my pregnancy to miscarry.
It was an IVF pregnancy and following my miscarriage of all the babies I had to do a D&C the same day as the day of delivery.
I am wondering if I could be effected by asherman syndrome as the doctor didnt advise me about the consequences of D&C.
I have gone back to my fertility to try for a baby again and they gave me provera to get my period back. However its been 3 days since I have stopped having the medication and I do get cramping pain but no bleeding.
Please advise if I need to get a HSG done
