Thank you for replying back to me and given me that advice. I want to
educate myself so I can do anything at allto prevent this happening again. I
can't keep loosing a week from my job because I am in the hospital and the pain
is too much to endure. And, Mostly I do not want to ever be cut again for
anything if I can help it.
