They did remove the adhesions and the pain is not as bad as before but I still feel the usual pain and pulling.  This time I am going to start slowly with a work out of walking, yoga and stretching/pilates, when I get the go ahead.  I did not do this after my last surgery.  I also am really taking it easy.  My husband works in another state and returns home every other weekend.  I care for my elderly parents (in their 80's) and my 8 year old daughter.  I don't have time to deal with this but I do.

So your latest surgery did nothing to help with the pain of adhesions or did they not remove any adhesions at all this time?

Hugs, Katie
