Thanks for sharing the info regarding the positive results. I went to 2 physical therapists who really didn't have much to offer as far as loosening up adhesions. But one of them did suggest trying accupuncture.

There is a guy who does accupuncture who is actually conveniently located- about 2 miles away. He used to be a chemist and does TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine). I'd have to see what he thought about adhesions. Guess I'll have to check my insurance policy for accupuncture and possibly give it a try soon- I have been toying with the idea.
