Dear Katie, Yes, it is hard, but it is possible to be almost painfree from adhesions and to lead a normal life. My name is Sally Grigg and I live almost pain free, not quite, because I had appendicitis, and that goofed things up considerably, but I went to Dr. Kruschinski, and he did wonders. He saved my life. Please do not give up. I think that Spray Gel is the answer, at least it was for me. Good luck. Sorry I did not answer until now. With kindest regards, Sally
