I believe it is something similar to the WURN TECHNIQUE.  I can't quite explain it because she can locate the adhesions manually (and that is under all of my post baby weight) and hold them in certain patterns to reposition them back where they belong.  If you live close to Hamilton NJ it is worth the trip.  I go weekly so I have only learned how to move my diaphragm so far but it makes me a little queasy because my diaphragm and stomach are so close together.  When I left I passed a lot of gas and I had a large bowel movement.  This rarely happens at home for me.
