Well, it took years to find part of the problem but my pelvic floor muscles were constantly in spasms and waaaaay too tight due to pain, surgery, adhesions, etc. They were like taunt rubber bands. The adhesions are really bad about growing down into my pelvic area and pulling on things too. I had major internal PT with little results and then had Botox to the pelvic floor which did help some. If u have a good gun or PT they should be able to determine if the muscles ate too tight.
