hi, i was a smoker when i first got adhesions and docs said my body just loved to grow them, i have been smoke free for several years now and no change, cigarettes are evil, full of poison, quite deadly and highly addictive. smoking will only cause more problems, i hope nobody starts smoking because they think it may stop the adhesions, believe me you will only be adding to your health problems.
