I took low dose imipramine for four years (prescribed by neurologist) for leg pain before my gyn suggested that endo could be causing it. Up to this point the neurologist never suggested a gyn problem but when I brought it up, he agreed it could be that. I was then treated with Lupron and 3 months later was pain free. I never had continuous pelvic pain due to endo, and this leg pain didn't appear until after my hysterectomy, which sure looks like adhesions. But Lupron isn't supposed to have an effect on adhesions, unless maybe there was endo within the adhesions. Another mystery.

I didn't have as much leg pain as you are describing though. Yet, it was still bothersome enough to take a drug for 4 years. I have remained pain free in the legs (except for a short period of time after my first lap for adhesions) since 1995.
