Toni, Sorry you are feeling so bad. I do know how you feel. I also
have very dense adhesions, my surgeon said it was the worst case he had
ever seen. It has been 6 months since my last surgery and I'm feeling
bad again. I have problems with bowel obstructions. I know you have
problems in that area. Please, if you cannot go to the bathroom, call
your Dr. and insist he do something. When I couldn't go, I went to a
specialist who ran a lot of tests and said everything looked ok. I knew
it was not ok. I went to my surgeon who believed me and did the
surgery. The adhesions do wrap around intestines and strangle them. I
have had 3 bowel obstructions. My point is this, everyone knows their
body. We know when something is wrong. I do hope you get the help you
need. I was also on oxycontin, 3 times a day. I stopped taking it and
went back on lortab. Remember, we do understand, we are here for you.
