Christ, I would also guess that not calling you with the results probably
means that you don't have anything major. But that doesn't mean that they
couldn't get back to you sooner. When I had a MRI four years ago for a
possible pituitary tumor, I had it done on a Friday, the results were on the
doctor's desk the next Tuesday, and he called me at 9:00 that night to let
me know that everything was okay -- that I wasn't going to have to have
brain surgery or anything like that. There's no reason why the doctor
shouldn't call you and at least give you some kind of basic results, knowing
that you'd be wondering.
