You might want to wait until some of the new adhesions barriers are
available, assuming they get approved for use. I am in a clinical trial for
one right now (intergel). I have my follow-up surgery two weeks from today
to see how it worked. (original surgery was May 17th). I know I am feeling
a lot better as far as the daily pain that was being caused by the adhesions
go. Don't know that he did much for my endo pain, but that's another
story. This is a doctor in Pittsburgh recommended by Harry Reich. Don't
know how close they are to ending the clinical trials, but will try to
remember to ask when I'm down for my pre-op.
I know there are a couple of other clincial trials going on right now as
well, so there might be some help coming soon.
