I know how you feel. "Just adhesions" is not a comforting things to hear when pain is making you nutso. It's really important that your MD understands how pervasive your pain is. Somehow, I finally managed to get the message across...but only after I admitted to myself just how bad it was. I used pain charts I found on the internet to document it for the doc and left my work to go in my medical chart. I wrote a description of how I dealt with my pain on a daily basis. (As I read what I wrote, my own perception of my own strength and toughness increased.) Just don't let your pain be dismissed. It takes a huge toll.
