Peggy, I was just going to add that my adhesions are from endo., and there are actually several different listserv/newsgroups/support boards out there for endo besides the one Helen mentioned. If you'd like to know about any of them, let me know. I have been helped both surgically and with some medical therapy, but none of it was lasting in and of itself. The combination seems to have gotten things under control for now.
