Susan, I understand what you are going through. I've also recently gone
through all of the tests, my gastro suggested that I see a mental health
professional. Wasn't that thoughtful of her? Anyway, your symptoms sound
similar to mine. So far, all they've yielded is that my gall bladder doesn't
excrete properly. Also, the gall bladder sono. didn't detect it (HIDA scan
with ckc picked it up). Anyway, my doctor told me that adhesions begin to
reform immediately. Also, she told me that wherever the blood pools while you
are lying on your back during surgery, is an area where an adhesions can
form. Therefore, even if you didn't have surgery in your upper abdomen, blood
can pool there during the surgery, adhesions can form there, and you can be
made miserable from that.
