Taking Marinol is not quite like smoking a joint, but you can get a little spacey if you take enough at one time. Brain damage is not one of the side effects. In fact, there are very few side effects, i.e., dizziness, drowsiness, and the psychotropic effect.

Ok. When I think of marijuana, I think of red eyes and spaciness (does the use of that word show my age or what?) or being high. We were told that it caused permanent brain damage in the 70's and 80's. So, is taking Marinol like smoking a joint? I am not trying to be sarcastic or anything. I really am curious.
