Hi Bob, Every one is welcome here. People with adhesions, or if you know some one with them, or if you just want to have more information about them. We talk about everything under the sun. Every one here is supportive & have a ton of knowledge. I know what you are talking about with the rubber band. I have that pain daily, but sometimes the rubber band pops. Then I have a feeling of a hot knife stabbing me. You are lucky by finding a Dr that considers adhesions a painful condition. Are you taking any meds for your pain?? What kind of job do you do?? How much does your pain interfer with your work?? As you get to know everyone here, you will consider everyone as family, I know I do. Robin
