I am new to your website.I am hoping someone here can point me in the
right direction.I have adhesions very bad.I have had to laparoscopies
and just had my 4th laparotomy.I went in for a total hysterectomy on
April 11 and the Dr could not do the surgery.He could not see the
uterus,tubes or ovaries.He said my intestines are like a cement wall and
when they tried to lift the adhesions off the outer covering of my
intestines were peeling up.They brought in a surgeon and between 3
doctors they decided that they would stop the surgery because I would
end up with a Colostomy bag.I am now going to see Dr. Singh in Syracuse
NY to see what they can do for me.Can anyone give me some advice.I have
lived with adhesions and pain since 1991.what is the treatment given to
someone like me that has bowel and intestinal adhesions? Thanks for
