Helen Dear;

Thanks as always for your wonderfully uplifting messages. I have become quite a fan of yours, as have many ARD prople I've met! "Helen Chalmers" seems to be a name that pops up, and as I recall you were one of the first to welcome me to this site. So I am asking that you keep me in mind should YOU ever need someone to talk to or cry to. I am a good listener.

I have quite a bit of pain right now and feel like cutting this short, but will talk to you soon

Have a lovely evening despite the sticky wicket!
